Legacy Accounts:
For purposes of calculating the maximum aggregate deposit balance permissible, for each Legacy Account Owner and in each Account, deposit balances include principal deposited in all Accounts (i.e., Online Savings and CD Accounts) held by the same Account owner at GS Bank.

Return of Funds. In the event that the Account balances exceed the applicable maximum aggregate limits by greater than or equal to $1,500 (or such lesser amount as determined by the Bank in its sole discretion), the Account owner authorizes GS Bank to return the full excess deposit balances to the Account owner(s).
